We recommend that each participant completes a registration individually, so everyone receives their confirmation information, gift packs (if any) and upload links directly. If you ask someone to register on your behalf, all communications — and any gift pack (if applicable) — will be sent to the email address and delivery address provided by that person. The Faculty or Unit supported, and the Alumni Association affiliation will also be the same for everyone under the same registration.

Yes, you may register up to 4 other participants (i.e. 5 in total) in one registration for either category.
What are the fees?
- 3.16km Race: It is FREE to join!
- 11.5km Challenge: HKD 1,150 per participant. For example, if you register for 2 more participants, the total is 3 × HKD 1,150 = HKD3,450.
Can I transfer my entry to someone else or cancel for a refund?
All registration fees and any additional donations are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. We thank you for your understanding.
What happens if I accidentally submit duplicate entries?
Duplicated entries will be treated as a single entry. Any extra fees paid are non-refundable.
I have paid for more / fewer registrants in the "11.5km Challenge”, what should I do?
